211 S. Jennings Avenue - Leased

This is approximately 2200 square feet in the northern portion of the building.  It has large plate glass windows and a glass door facing onto Jennings Avenue.  The original 10 foot high embossed tin ceiling is intact. This space is subdivided into several smaller offices, one of which is large enough to serve as a conference room, and has its own bathrooms and break room.

 

A rear entrance provides access to the parking lot and atrium .

 

213 S. Jennings Avenue - Leased

This is the entire second floor of the building.  Access to this space is through two stairwells and an elevator located in the rear atrium of the building. There is no access from the Jennings Avenue side of the building.  

 

This area features exposed brick walls and the orginal wooden doors, frames and transom windows. It has been modernized with an in wall 100 Base-T computer network and telephone system. The space has its own bathrooms and break room. A large, skylighted conference room on the north side of the space has an expansive view of downtown Fort Worth.

This space occupies approximately 1350 square feet in the center portion of the building.  It has large plate glass windows and a glass door facing onto Jennings Avenue.  The original 10 foot high embossed tin ceiling is intact.

This is approximately 1100 square feet in the southern portion of the building.  Opening windows face onto Jennings Avenue and also onto Daggett Street.  The recently restored front entrance door opens diagonally onto the corner of Jennings and Daggett.  Some walls in this space are exposed brick.  The original 10 foot high embossed tin ceiling is intact.
